We understand relationships matter in business and despite the reach of the internet, business relationships cannot be electronic only. They must be personal and face-to-face in order to nuture and develop these relationships. Decision makers know this: 87% stated exhibitions are an extremely useful source of needed information, and 76% rated face-to-face interaction very or extremely important at performing their job (according to the Center for Exhibition Industry Research).
Join us at the 2012 NSC Congress & Expo for the Celebration of the Century! One hundred years ago, corporate leaders came together for the first Safety Congress and envisioned a national organization solely dedicated to the promotion of safety - the National Safety Council.
The Celebration of the Century symbolizes 100 years of collaboration, lessons learned and progress for safety across the nation. NSC will honor the advancements and accomplishments of organizations and individuals who have helped make safety what it is today.
What's new this year?
For the 100th anniversary of the NSC Congress & Expo, we've made some special additions to your show experience:
Safety Trail
The Safety Trail will take visitors on a visual journey through a corridor of safety milestones from the last century, showcasing the organizations, products and services and actions that shaped the landscape and understanding of safety.
Safety Theatre
The Safety Theatre will offer vignettes of videos and films used for safety advocacy along with moving historical footage capturing the development of safety. You're invited to grab some popcorn and sit back for some of our "classics."
Safety Museum
Your Expo floor experience won't be complete without a visit to the Safety Museum. This multi-room museum will showcase historical benchmarks and achievements from the past century of safety as well as a room that evokes the future of safety.
