Session Introduction
Session Description

You can’t judge how safe you are until you can measure safety. In this seminar you’ll learn safety measurement techniques that will provide you a framework for identifying and implementing a combination of reactive (lagging) and proactive (leading) safety measures for success. Exercises will illustrate ways to extract the most from reactive measures using OSHA and ANSI Z16 recordkeeping techniques, control charts, benchmarking and costs, in addition to learning how to use a good safety measure to identify proactive techniques. This seminar will give you the measurement skills that are vital for a comprehensive safety management system.
